CCC certification cycle:

The process steps of applying for CCC certification are as follows:

1、 Prepare information

1. firstly, both the applicant and the manufacturer shall be provided (one business license for each);

2. Secondly, five complete prototypes of the same model are required;

3. prepare product operation manual, circuit diagram, specification, series difference description, key parts list and CDF table;

4. CQC / CCC certification shall be provided for relevant important parts (main power adapter, power connecting wire, PCB plate and plastic shell);

Apply for the business license and provide the customer with a copy of business fee application form (C500);

2. Assist customers in product prediction and rectification;

3. Submit to the testing laboratory (the testing cost is about 10000 ~ 20000 yuan, depending on the product);

4. Follow up the progress of the case and issue the product qualification type inspection report;

5. Assign the factory review time task, and send CCC project engineer to the factory to give pre audit guidance to relevant factory personnel (procedure documents and quality manual);

6. the factory audit (factory audit fee Guangzhou and Shenzhen 5500) shall be accompanied on the same day to assist the sudden problems on the day when the factory comes out and ensure that the factory audit is passed on the same day;

7. Beijing gets CCC certificate;

1. provide CCC original report of annual audit products and confirm the list of key parts;

2. The laboratory issues the annual confirmation inspection report

3. assign the factory review time task, and send CCC project engineer to the factory to provide pre audit guidance (procedure documents and quality manual) to relevant factory personnel;

4. The factory audit (factory audit fee Guangzhou and Shenzhen 5000) shall be accompanied by consistency on the same day, and assist the factory in dealing with unexpected problems on the same day, so as to ensure that the factory audit is passed on the same day;

D original applicant derived certificate ODM to distributor:

1. Provide business licenses of both parties;

2. The laboratory shall assist in issuing the ODM agreement, which shall be signed and sealed by both parties;

3. fill in the declaration of conformity;

4. Provide this nameplate;

5. the laboratory shall issue the inspection report and submit it to CQC for review;
